After the booming free agency period has slowed with the top free agents being signed, where do the Utah Jazz and the rest of the league fall in the NBA Power Rankings?

After a flurry of activity to begin the month, free agency has slowed to a crawl. Without question, the landscape of the NBA has changed in its wake. Some teams have rocketed to the top by signing free agents of high value; others have plummeted to the bottom after losing key players.
