2015-16 NBA Power Rankings: Tip-Off Edition

It’s finally here. The NBA regular season tips off this week and fans are already going back and forth about whose team is destined to take the Larry O’Brien Trophy. There’s even some verbal jostling between some of the top teams in the Western Conference, namely the LA Clippers, Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors.

Everyone wants to be the top dog in the wild west, and there is nothing wrong with that.

So who is the best team in the Association this week? That’s the very question I’ve set out to answer today with the tip-off week edition of the Purple & Blues 2015-16 NBA Power Rankings. These initial rankings at PnB are based on team performance in the past year, free agent acquisitions, team chemistry, health and potential of the team.
