The Utah Jazz have made their way through the preseason and are less than one week away from opening the regular season in Detroit. Now that the seven preseason games are behind us, we’ve seen the Jazz players on multiple occasions and can gauge their performance.

So how did the young Jazz fare? Did the rookies show promise? Are the veterans ready to go? These are the questions I’m look to answer as I rank each individual Jazz player starting at No. 14 and finishing with the team’s best performer based on how they played during the preseason.

These rankings will not include players who were cut from the team–we’re looking specifically at the 14 players who will likely comprise the opening night roster (sans the injured Dante Exum).

The qualified players are Trevor Booker, Trey Burke, Alec Burks, Derrick Favors, Rudy Gobert, Gordon Hayward, Rodney Hood, Joe Ingles, Chris Johnson, Trey Lyles, Elijah Millsap, Raul Neto, Tibor Pleiss and Jeff Withey.  Leave comments on if you agree or disagree with these rankings!
