On the second day of free agency, Gordon Hayward is rumored to be having a meeting today with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports with the report:

As of yesterday, a report came out that said the Cavaliers were looking hard at Hayward, and could be wanting to sign him to a big offer sheet. That said, the news of Hayward and Cleveland meeting should come as no surprise.
According to David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz, the Jazz front office was aware that Hayward would be meeting with Cleveland today.
The Jazz have already hinted that they will match any and all offers that teams send to Hayward this off season. In fact, it’s not just people around the Jazz that believe that. According to Sam Amico of Fox Sports Ohio, he has been told that the Jazz will match.
However, if the Jazz decide that they don’t feel like matching an offer for Hayward, especially if it is a max offer, they can do a sign and trade to receive some type of compensation for Hayward leaving. The Jazz own the Bird Rights to Gordon.
The meeting is taking place today in Cleveland, and my guess is by the end of the day, we will hear what kind of offer the Cavaliers are giving the Jazz a chance to match.
