The 2014 NBA Draft day is finally upon us, and on the morning of the NBA Draft, another rumor came out involving the number one overall pick.
Chad Ford, an NBA ESPN Insider, is reporting that the Cleveland Cavaliers were very active last night trying to trade picks. However, the picks they were trying to trade, reportedly wasn’t there own picks.
Sources: Cavs were calling around offering teams Orlando’s picks at 4 & 12 for players last night. Interesting

The fact that the Cavaliers were shopping around Orlando’s picks could possibly mean that as we get closer to the start of the NBA Draft tonight, we could find out that Orlando has traded Arron Afflalo and their two lottery picks to Cleveland for the number one pick. However, another report says that it doesn’t necessarily mean that is the case.
John Goodman, also an NBA ESPN Insider, was reporting that the Cavaliers were asking teams about the Orlando picks to gauge interest and see what teams would be wanting to trade for them. That is basically Cleveland saying that Orlando has given them an offer, and if we except it, what could we do next.
If that is truly the case, and they are just seeing what interest they can get out of the picks they could possibly be trading for, then I could expect to hear a rumor sometime today saying that Cleveland is doing the same thing with the trade offers from the Philadelphia 76ers and the Utah Jazz.
Should be an interesting and fun filled NBA Draft. Make sure you don’t miss any of the action.
