Purple and Blues Fantasy Football Results Week 9

Teams are starting to pull away in the P&B fantasy football league as only 4 teams make the playoffs and a shot at the first Purple and Blues championship trophy.  Cody Powers (Big Test Icicles) is leading the way after a 117-60 victory over fellow staff writer Luke McDermott (All Hail Lucassimo) this week, putting him at 7-2 in first place.  Curtiss Peterson (Burley Boys Deuce) edged out Jesse Braithwaite (Derrick’s Favors) 115-104 to move into a second place tie at 6-3 with Jesse and Nathan (Stockton to Malone).

The Playoff chances are below:

Cody Powers staff 7-2 : 98% wins this week and is guaranteed a spot

Curtiss Peterson fan 6-3: 83% 2 wins and clinches and

Nathan fan 6-3: 71% 2 wins will get him in as he owns the tie breaker over most

Jesse Braithwaite fan 6-3: 50% Needs to go 3-1 or hope Curtiss or Nathan falters

Josh Haslam staff 5-4: 41% 2 big matchups with the guys ahead spells for a crazy finish

Tyson Ferguson fan 4-5 7%: An 11th week matchup against Roury has the loser having 0% chance

Roury McDermott staff 4-5: 7% Likely needs to go 4-0

Luke McDermott staff 2-6-1: .3% must win out and top guys must lose every week

Sean Gallimore fan 2-6-1: .3% must win out and top guys must lose every week

Tyson Newman staff 2-7: 0%
