Jazzcast Episode 4: Schedule Talk

The Utah Jazz schedule was released yesterday and the crew breaks it down.  The Jazz will play 23 of its first 37 on the road including 5 of the first 7. Trey Burke as mentioned in another article here at Purple and Blues will have his work cut out for him playing against Russell Westbrook twice, Deron Williams, Derrick Rose twice, Jrue Holliday twice and Rajon Rondo all in the first 30 days.

The Jazz also have 5 games on national television (3 on ESPN and 2 on NBATV) throughout the year against the Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, Golden State Warriors and the Chicago Bulls.  The Jazz open the preseason against Golden State on October 8th in Salt Lake where the Jazz will unveil the new video scoreboard and sound system along with their new starting five.

Also if you haven’t seen the video that Jim Rome posted on his Facebook with two Mormon missionaries hustling some guys in Dallas Texas then you need to watch it here:

I feel like the Jazz could pull something like this over the entire NBA next season as they don’t seem like they’ll win much on paper but then get them out there and their athletic ability will do the talking.
