Post Lottery 2013 NBA Mock Draft

Well it’s official, the NBA loves giving the number one pick to the Cleveland Cavaliers.  In fact it’s their 3rd time having it in 10 years, first Lebron then Kyrie now who?  The other big winner from the draft is the Washington Wizards as they moved up 5 spots to the number 3 drafting position.  The Bobcats once again were the losers of the lottery moving from 2 to 4 and the Magic moving out of the top spot to number 2.  Luckily for them they should still be able to draft the same player in Nerlens Noel next month. Here’s the newest Mock for the lottery teams:
