The 2013 NBA draft lottery takes place on May 21

Here is a fully updated list of draft lottery odds, as well as picks owed in past trades:

1. Orlando Magic (20-62), 25% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

2. Charlotte Bobcats (21-61), 19.9% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

3. Cleveland Cavaliers (24-58), 15.6% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

4. Phoenix Suns (25-57), 11.9% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

5. New Orleans Hornets (27-55), 8.8% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

6. Sacramento Kings (28-54), 6.3% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

7. Detroit Pistons (29-53), 4.3% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

8. Washington Wizards (29-53), 2.8% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

9. Minnesota Timberwolves (31-51), 1.7% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

10. Portland Trail Blazers (33-49), 1.1% chance of receiving No. 1 pick. If Portland’s pick falls outside of the top 12, it will be sent to Charlotte.

11. Philadelphia 76ers (34-48), 0.8% of receiving No. 1 pick.

12. Toronto Raptors (34-48), 0.7% chance of receiving No. 1 pick. If Toronto’s pick falls outside of the top 3, it will be sent to the Oklahoma City Thunder via the Houston Rockets.

13. Dallas Mavericks (41-41), 0.6% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.

14. Utah Jazz (43-39), 0.5% chance of receiving No. 1 pick.
