Do you people not understand that the Bobcats didn’t finish with the worst record in the league this year? I mean, as a Bobcats fan, I get it… that’s what’s expected. But if you’re doing a mock draft before the lottery, at least get your picks right. Orlando has the No. 1 pick as of right now, Charlotte at 2. 80% of current mock drafts still give Charlotte the top pick, and if they DO get the top pick, it won’t be McLemore. They’ll re-sign Hendo, who exploded in the back half of the season, and go with Noel, rebuild one more year, and then go into 2014 with potentially 3 picks in a ridiculously good draft, and if they have another season like this past year (which they would barring a major free agent front court signing, since Noel will be out until at least February), they’re looking at potentially drafting Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker, both franchise players. Really, anyone in the current top 5 could change a franchise next year.

But seriously, that’s not even relevant. Get the order right.

You’re right, I thought they finished with the same record. As for my reasoning behind having McLemore over Noel is he is the better player. I’m not high on Noel at all, I think if they draft him it will be the next Kwame Brown experiment.

I’d be really disappointed if the Kings took Len with their first pick. If they don’t win the lottery and they’re picking at 6, I really wouldn’t mind them trading back to late lottery and snaggin’ another pick (even in a weak draft). I feel pretty confident that burke will be gone before their pick now with smart returning to school, and MCW with the 6th pick is reachin’ to much. If they were determined to pick the best PG still around, they could take him in the 10-14 range.
