It was exactly two weeks ago since the Utah Jazz won their last ball game. If you are a Jazz fan, it feels like way longer that that. In the past two agonizing weeks the Jazz have gone from one of the best teams in the Western Conference to a team that many people have questions about.
But the real question that everybody has on their minds is: “Are the Jazz going to keep this up for much longer?”
Personally I think that the Jazz will find a way to regroup soon. They are too talented, and they have a great leader steering the ship in Deron Williams. Also, as I mention all the time, they have a ton of heart and they know how to battle back from adversity better than any team in the league.
Also, it’s been a shame the way they have played lately because of how well they played earlier in the season. They were at a point where I truly believed that this was the year that they were going to get over the hump and knock out the Lakers in the playoffs. Right now, though, I am seriously doubting that.
Like I said yesterday, the performance that they had against the Spurs was a step in the right direction for this team. No they didn’t win the game, but they showed some of that grit that makes them so unique and so respected in this league. To see that they still had some backbone was important, and it leads me to believe that this funk won’t last for much longer. But I’m just one person. I want to know what the majority of Jazz fans think about it, so I’m doing a poll to find out.
